A more responsive Clio 1.5 dCi with better handling

The engine is probably very reliable, but my Clio 1.5 dCi with 85 hp lacks punch when overtaking and staying in the left-hand lane on the motorway. W Golf V 19 TDI 90 bhp: better than a BMW 120d

I went from a VW polo 1.9 tdi 100 bhp, to this Golf 1.9 tdi 90 bhp. Comparing the two, the engine of the 90 version is much too dusty and noisy. I went through P-Tronic's external engine reprogramming (box-unit).
