.jpg) A mini 4x4 to be marketed in 2009, the Skoda Yeti will be manufactured on the platform of the new 2008 Polo. It is strongly inspired by the concept car presented at the 2005 Geneva show and will compete with the Fiat Sedici and Suzuki SX4. The Skoda Yeti will also be available in 2-wheel drive version. Nothing has yet filtered through about what will be under the bonnet, but a diesel engine is sure to be part of the offer. This fifth Skoda model will therefore precede the entry of Volkswagen into the mini 4x4 market, with the Polo SUV not due until 2010. |
