 We have not been used to such dynamic estates from Opel. No one will complain about the arrival of this very pleasant Insignia Sport Tourer which perfectly continues the lines started by the saloon. This long estate (4.91 m) offers generous space for 5 occupants and has 540 litres of luggage space. The equipment levels of the estate will generate envy. Like the saloon, the Opel Insignia Sport Tourer can be fitted with Opel Eye, a system warning the driver if he veers off course, and which also detects, analyses and memorises road signalling. In the engine compartment, four petrol versions are to be found, including two turbos, and the diesel offering is based around a new direct injection 2.0. Power levels are 110, 130 and 160 bhp, with an ecoFLEX version also planned. This engine, in line with current fashion, is set to be cleaner and more economic. |
