 The Mercedes E-Class estate gains firstly in fluidity. But the efforts put into the design do not in any way obstruct the available space, which is slightly improved (1,950 dm³). At this level, it therefore continues to outshine its rivals from Audi and BMW. The motorised tailgate and the level corrector are now standard while the motorised boot floor and the partitioning of the boot via sliding bars remain available.The estate follows in the footsteps of the saloon in its offering of technological equipment such as the drowsiness alarm and the road sign recognition device. In the engine compartment, the current range is maintained. Five diesel engines are therefore available: four BlueEFFICIENCY, E 200 CDI 136 bhp, E220 CDI 170 bhp, E 250 CDI 204 bhp, E 350 CDI V6 231 bhp and one Blue TEC E 350 CDI V6 211 bhp. And all these fine examples are already available (except for the Blue TEC engine) in the P-Tronic catalogue. |
